We are based in the west midlands however we are able to travel all around the UK and beyond. Anything out of the West midlands catchment are will incur extra fees which include those for petrol mileage, staff travel time and hotel costs.
This is dependant on the amount of damage/s present, type of damage, type of surface and how long the damage/s take to repair. In order to provide an estimate we begin by asking the client to provide details about the damage including pictures or if there are multiple damages book out a day where one of our staff can asses the site. From there we are able to produce a quote based on a technician day rate and extra materials that are required at a competitive rate.
Here at Repair Heroes we understand that a majority of our clients are those, which are in charge of completing large projects that require handing over on tight schedule and so we keep this in mind when booking in jobs. However bookings are on a first come first serve basis and suggest that clients book in advance to avoid disappointment. In addition we suggest booking our technicians for more time than required too allow for any unforeseen work that comes up to be completed, but don’t worry you will be charge only for the amount of time technicians are on site.
Do you have a warranty on your work?
All works have a 12 month warranty unless stated.
